Do NordikTV plans renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed term. When the term ends, the line stops and you decide whether to buy another. We will email you a reminder a few days ahead so nothing goes dark unexpectedly.
Can I upgrade from a short plan to a longer one?
Yes. Message support with your account email and we will extend the same line rather than issuing a new one, so your favourites and settings carry over. Any unused days on the current term are credited towards the upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are refunds available?
